Indianapolis drew more than 70,000 people to the city for the WNBA All-Star Game and the Indiana Black Expo, resulting in a nearly $10 million economic impact.
The players' union and the league will meet in-person for the second time since starting negotiations for the collective bargaining agreement, a process that has been contentious so far.
"All the buildings decorated with all the players and not just the ads, it's just, like, that's so cool," one visitor said.
