As the Red Sox reportedly seek pitching help, they're set to scout the Diamondbacks' Zac Gallen and Merrill Kelly.

CHICAGO — Alex Bregman wasn’t in the Red Sox starting lineup Sunday. Manager Alex Cora and the training staff are trying to ease the All-Star third baseman back after he missed 43 games with a right quad strain.

In an interview with MLB Network Radio on SiriusXM, Breslow described the Red Sox’ deadline needs as “fluid” due to some of the recent individual performances they’ve had at certain positions.
