Both Hall of Famers were elected last December by the Classic Baseball Era Committee. Allen passed away in 2020 and Parker died this June 28.

Kashatus drove to Wampum to say goodbye in November of 2020 when it became clear that cancer was taking over. Allen told Kashatus to ask him the questions he always wanted to ask.
