The Washington Commanders and Terry McLaurin have been unable to agree a contract extension as training camp begins.

ASHBURN, Va. — Terry McLaurin did not report to Washington Commanders training camp Tuesday as the team’s top receiver seeks a new contract, according to ESPN and NFL Network. ESPN’s John Keim and NFL Network’s Nick Shook reported that McLaurin was absent from camp Tuesday. The team has not yet announced McLaurin’s status.

The Commanders have several players with no guarantees beyond 2025. Terry McLaurin was the only not to show up for the start of training camp.
