Ozzy Osbourne, the pioneering heavy metal singer who rose to prominence in the early ‘70s with Black Sabbath before establishing a successful solo career and later played himself on reality TV, has died. He was 76 years old.

In Birmingham, England, the singer’s hometown, fans paid tribute by leaving flowers, beer and tequila. The rapper Drake was there to pay his respects, too.
