With his first crown jewel victory in the NASCAR Cup Series, Bubba Wallace locked into the 2025 playoffs by winning the Brickyard 400 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Bubba Wallace spent three long years questioning everything about his racing world. He saw teammate Tyler Reddick win five times and post three top 10 finishes in NASCAR’s final standings while Wallace endured a 100-race winless streak.

With a little less than two dozen laps remaining in the Brickyard 400, Joey Logano blew a tire and Bubba Wallace took over as the race leader. It was a long way away from the finish line, though.

Brickyard 400 viewers will be tuning into pure split-screen racing Sunday. On one side, they’ll monitor Kyle Larson's attempt to defend his Brickyard 400 title and Denny Hamlin going for a career sweep of the Cup's crown jewel races.
