Two people were evacuated from a boat that caught fire off of the Santa Cruz County coastline Wednesday morning and one first responder involved in the rescue effort was sent to the hospital

A 60-foot sportfishing boat bumped into the USS Midway Friday afternoon, and the captain was later arrested on suspicion of boating while under the influence, a Harbor Police official said.
