Invest 93-L is looking better organized Tuesday morning and will move over Central Florida throughout the day. This will bring multiple rounds of rain and storms with up to 3 inches of rain possible in some areas. More than an inch of rain has fallen in Brevard County as of 8 a.m., and a flood watch has been issued for most of Central Florida.
